During this short guided walking holiday you will stay in Kaş, in central Lycia. Kaş is a cosmopolitan little harbour town with a relaxed laid-back atmosphere.The town square,set on the waterfront has tea-gardens in which to while away.At night the winding streets are lit by craft stalls, bars, cafes and restaurants.You will stay in a small hotel. Breakfast and dinner are included. You’ll be accompanied by an English speaking guide.Transfers and boattour on this short walking holiday are included in the price.

Day 1. Meet in Kaş. Walk Ancient Phellos to Kaş
Day 2: Walk Apollonia – Aperlai . Kekova Boattour
Day 3. Walk Akbel- Roman aquaduct. Visit to Patara
Day 4. Three beaches walk. Onward travel.
Day1. Ancient Phellos to Kaş
After meeting in Kaş a 15 minute transfer takes us through a couple of small villages to Pınarbaşı at about 800m where we will begin today’s walk.
With stunning views, both inland and to the sea, the first part of the hike follows the ridge as far as an abandoned ancient city whose ruins are still lost among the undergrowth. Having re-discovered and explored the once-enclosed ‘noble necropolis’, and enjoyed the views, the big descent to Kaş begins.

Day2. Walk Apollonia- Aperlai. Kekova boattour.
Following a transfer to Kilincli village, we head to Apollonia and Aperlae, two Lycian cities. The remains of Aperlae are partly under water , but the walls and remains of a Byzanthine church are well preserved. After lunch at the jetty at Sıçak a boat takes us to the remains of an old shipyard at Tershane where we can swim before we continue along the sunken city of Kekova with remains of Ca. 800 houses and numerous chapels and churches to Simena, a picturesque hamlet with a medieval castle on top of it and Üçağız village, where the bus awaits us. Night in Kaş.

Day 3 Walk Akbel-Roman aquaduct. Visit to Patara
After Breakfast in Kaş set off for the walk from Akbel to Delikkemer .This route follows the ruins of Delikkemer, the ancient aquaduct that once took spring water from Islamlar village to the ancient city of Patara. Following a visit to Patara ruins and beach transfer back to Kaş.
Walk: 15 km/ 5 hrs / + 192m / – 434 m
Day 4 Three beaches walk.
Our walk today takes us partially on the Lycian Way and begins with a 15-minute transfer up into the hills inland to the vicinity of Bayindir Village. During the walk you can take a to swim at Limanagzi Beach. Return to Kaş by a frequent water taxi. After this walk your arrangement ends. It’s possible to book extra nights in Kaş.
