This individual, easy-moderate bicycle tour, with luggage transport starts on one of those resting volcanoes that provided the elements that combined to create Cappadocia’s bizarre landscape. Three trips will lead you into the heart of Central Anatolia. Around Göreme you can admire the unusual play of colours and shapes in the valleys, clefts and tuff formations that are abundant here.
Day 1: Kayseri.
Arrival at Kayseri airport.
Transfer to your accommodation on Mount Erciyes( 3.917 m) Transfertime 45 min/ 30 km. The summit of the volcano Erciyes dominates the Anatolian landscape. Since the countryside around it is relatively flat the volcano, that spewed ashes and lava until the whole of Central Antolia was covered with a layer of ash, looks very impressive.

Day 2: MT Erciyes- Sultan Marshes.
Cycle from Mt. Erciyes to Ovaciftlik (Sultan Marshes)
The first part of this descent, 19 km until Develi 1075 metres is fairly steep. The second part is sloping mildly. The road is asphalt most of the way.
Distance: 80 km.
Alitude : Descent from 3.917 m. to 1.075m.

Day 3: Sultan Marshes- Güzelöz
The route cycles along the banks and the flat fields to Yesilhisar. From Yesilhisar to the valley of Soğanlı, the landscape becomes a lot more varied. You start climbing and after the village of Akkoy, you will soon see the first tuff formations. The road from Soğanlı valley, silent with churches, dwellings and a ‘new’ village for the local inhabitants, to the village of Guzeloz is fairly good and hilly. Overnight in a pension in Güzelöz, where probably ST George was born.

Day 4: Güzelöz- Damsa dam-Mustafa Paşa.
Your Day’s journey offers lots of variations, since there is much to see along the road. You may for instance want to visit the underground city Mazikoy, the greek orthodox church in the village of Cemil or Sobesos Ancient city.You can picknick at the Damsa Dam, a large storage lake near Mustafa Pasa. The road is mainly asphalt. From Damsa Dam, you can also take a short cut to Mustafa Pasa.

Day 5:Mustafa Paşa-Göreme
A colorful trip through valleys and caravesses. Less asphalt and pretty steep in places. The first part leads through the centre of Mustafa Pasa to the mainroad towards Nevsehir, Urgup.From here you head towards the to the pink tuff formations in Pancarli Valley. After this cycle to Ibrahim paşa and Kavak villages mainly on unpaved roads, before reaching Göreme in the heartof Cappadocia where you will stay in a cave hotel with swimming pool.

Day 6: Cycle around Goreme
Goreme – Cavusin – Zelve – Goreme .
Today you will leave your bikes a few times to see the important sites like the open air museum in Goreme, the tuff formations in Zelve and the ancient village of Cavusin.

Day 7: Cycle around Goreme.
Goreme – Uchisar – White Valley (Love Valley) – Cavusin – Goreme.
A beautiful end to your trip that visits the Uchisar Village first followed by a pleasant ride on the highlands of the White Valley. Cycling on unpaved road most of the time, you get to see the tuff formations which cannot be seen unless you get there.

Day 8: After breakfast end of arrangement. Transfer to Kayseri airport.
